Full payment is required to secure a place in any course or workshop. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: no refund.
• If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

6. Liability Limitations

Pottery activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our courses, you acknowledge these risks and agree that:

• Vojejee Pottery Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in our courses, except in cases of gross negligence.
• We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items during courses.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our Website or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
